  Although the project manager is in charge of the project, we encourage each client to meet all team members working on their project. That way, there is always someone available to take client calls and answer questions. We pride ourselves in getting all clients the information they need quickly.

  We treat our clients as an extension of the Valerian team. Our interaction with clients does not just include project meetings, it also includes social "get to know you" time. Since we get to know our clients so well, we have a better understanding of what they truly value.

  Valerian is very familiar with the concerns and review processes required from different municipalities. Our knowledge helps to prevent lengthy submittals because we are proactive about addressing issues and frequently encountered comments early in the process.

  In 2006, Valerian purchased our building and relocated to the Highlands neighborhood. Our new office building was a collaborative design and construction effort by the Valerian staff. As part owners of the new building, all employees at Valerian are excited to work in a space that has been internally designed. We have leased our extra space and look forward to improving our long-term business evolution.
