Valerian's 3rd Annual Camping and Rafting Trip 2007

The success of a business is measured by the happiness of its employees and clientele. Valerian provides a rich environment where the teamwork and cooperation within the office extend outside the office as well. This year, Valerian celebrated these solid relationships at the 3rd annual camping and rafting trip in Buena Vista, Colorado.

This event provides an opportunity for clients, employees and their families to interact outside of a professional environment.

Paddling down class IV rapids necessitates that all rafters in each raft work together as a team, not relying on any one individual. Valerian's success in business is based upon the same premise of solid teamwork.

Valerian Dominates Intramural Sports...

Since its inception in the fall of 2004, the Valerian Intramural Sports Conglomerate (VISG) has been a dominating presence in several local team and individual leagues.

Most importantly, Valerian has been awarded the dubious honor of 2nd Place in both the Fall and Spring Co-ed South Suburban Softball leagues. Amongst a fierce field of 8 teams, Valerian finished the Fall league with only one loss, and the Spring league with only 2 losses.

For the past 2 years, Valerian has also fielded bowling teams in the cut throat "Elitch Lanes Monday night Footbowl League" in which 3 points separated 2 of the 3 Valerian teams from 2nd and 3rd place amongst 18 top-notch, athletic powerhouses.

In the individual sports arena, some members of Valerian have become involved in a Wednesday Golf league in conjunction with a local engineering firm. We are quickly establishing ourselves as the force to be reckoned with (high handicappers) among the field of 24 seasoned professionals.
